Staff testimonials...
“Working at Kite Ridge as a Class Teacher was one of my most fulfilling roles as a Teacher. Kite Ridge is truly a unique setting, the pupils have high levels of needs and Kite Ridge staff work together as a team to support and fulfil those needs in the best possible way.  No two days are the same. There is immense flexibility in welcoming new and innovative ways of thinking and applying a range of fun, dynamic ways to engage pupils in learning and day to day tasks.”
“Working at Kite Ridge is the most rewarding job I have ever had. Not only working with great students, but I have made friends for life with staff members. Kite Ridge feels much more like a family than a workplace.”
“Kite Ridge is a good place to work as we are all a team and we support each other. We always put the students’ best interests at heart and putting a smile on their face each day is the most rewarding part of the job.”
"Working at Kite Ridge has taught me more about myself and what I have the ability to do than I realised. Working together as a team to develop the best possible environment for learning simultaneously allows strong relationships to be built with students, which is extremely rewarding."
